The abstract submission (for talks and posters) and pre-registration will open on the 15th of February. We encourage graduate students and early-career postdocs to participate and present their research work. While abstracts are not required for participation (pre-registration is mandatory), preference will be given to those who submit abstracts, to limit the number of participants to 75. The abstract submission and pre-registration will close on the 15th of March.
The registration fee (£270) includes the workshop, a welcome reception, coffee breaks, lunches from Monday to Thursday. The conference dinner on Wednesday is £50 per person.
The LOC aims to offer a limited number of registration fee waivers or full support, with preference for PhD students and early career researchers. To be considered for support, please check the box on the pre-registration form.
