Complexity in Heliophysics: Celebrating the Career and Works of Loukas Vlahos

This is the second announcement of the workshop “Complexity in Heliophysics: Celebrating the Career and Works of Loukas Vlahos” celebrating the prolific career of Prof. Loukas Vlahos of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki which will take place in Thessaloniki, Greece on  June 8 – 10, 2026. Workshop topics include: complexity in solar and heliospheric magnetized plasmas; fusion in laboratory plasmas; self-organization; self-organized criticality; turbulence; coronal heating; solar energetic events; particle acceleration and transport.
