More information on the venue, logistics, the timeline and important dates, along with the meeting’s website, will appear by the end of the year. For preliminary information, contact [email protected].
The workshop will feature presentations, discussions and debate on the topics Loukas has championed over several decades of frontline research: complexity in solar and heliospheric magnetized plasmas; fusion in laboratory plasmas; self-organization; self-organized criticality; turbulence; coronal heating; solar energetic events; particle acceleration and transport. We envision capturing the current state-of-the-art on these topics, from both observational and theory/modeling ends, and highlighting promising avenues and tools for future research.
