The AAS, in collaboration with the Planetary Society, the American Geophysical Union, and other societies, is planning a Save NASA Science, Day of Action on October 5-6. This activity will involve visiting Washington, D.C., for a 4-hour training session on Sunday October 5, followed by pre-organized visits on October 6 to select congressional offices on Capitol Hill. There will also be a 90-minute online training session two weeks before the event.
Travel and lodging expenses will be the responsibility of the participant, and there will be a small fee ($25 for participants and $7 for students) to assist with various logistical costs. (Please ignore the request for a “promo code” on the website.)
