Registration, abstract submission, and applications for financial support are now open for the GSST/CBERS-5 International Symposium on Machine Learning in Heliophysics and Space Weather, to be held at INPE – National Institute for Space Research, in São José dos Campos, Brazil, from August 17 to 21, 2026. The symposium aims to explore Machine Learning (ML) techniques to enhance our understanding of heliophysical phenomena and improve predictive capabilities in space weather and climate. Discussions will highlight opportunities in the context of the Galileo Solar Space Telescope (GSST) and China-Brazil Earth Resources Satellite 5 (CBERS-5) missions, promoting collaboration between the Brazilian and international scientific communities.

Important: applicants requesting financial support should wait for the funding decision before completing the regular registration. Financial support is exclusively intended to cover the symposium registration fee. Travel, accommodation, per diem, and other logistical expenses will not be covered under this program.
