The International Space Science Institute (ISSI) in Bern (Switzerland) and ISSI-BJ in Beijing (China) invite proposals for establishing International Teams to conduct collaborative research in the Space and Earth Sciences at their respective meeting facilities.

Proposal deadline: March 13, 2026

This call is open to all scientists, regardless of nationality or institutional affiliation, who are actively engaged in research in any of the following fields: AstrophysicsHeliophysicsPlanetary Science, or Earth Sciences.

To be eligible, research projects must make use of data from space missions. Where this adds scientific value, projects may also draw on complementary ground-based data and/or theoretical modelling.

ISSI and ISSI-BJ host International Teams in an open and interactive environment, providing high-quality facilities and covering local expenses for meeting participants through accommodation and per diem support.
