Topical Issue “Space Climate: Solar Extremes, Long-Term Variability, & Impacts on Earth’s System”– Deadline: 09/30/2025

We are pleased to announce that the Topical Issue (TI) on “Space Climate: Solar Extremes, Long-Term Variability, and Impacts on Earth’s System” is now open for submissions at the Journal of Space Weather and Space Climate (JSWSC) site: https://www.swsc-journal.org/topical-issues-open-for-submission.

For this topical issue we invite any contribution aiming at understanding long-term solar variability and solar extremes (in terms of particle events and solar grand minimum/maximum states) as well as their effects on the heliosphere, Earth’s space environment, atmosphere, and climate.

Submitted papers will undergo peer review, and accepted papers will be published online immediately upon acceptance, without waiting for the completion of the TI. They will be freely accessible to everyone via the JSWSC website.
