The revised PSFs for AIA, which now contain a good description of the long-distance scattered light, are ready and available at Harvard’s Dataverse: https://doi.org/10.7910/DVN/DYT4ZL
General tools for PSF deconvolution, such as PSF rebinning, subfield deconvolution, etc, are available at: https://github.com/stefanhofmeister/PSF-Tools/
These PSFs and methods are described in detail in
Hofmeister et al. (2025), ApJS, Volume 278, Issue 1, id.8 (https://ui.adsabs.harvard.edu/abs/2025ApJS..278….8H/abstract)
Hofmeister et al. (2024), Solar Physics, Volume 299, Issue 6, id.77 (https://ui.adsabs.harvard.edu/abs/2024SoPh..299…77H/abstract)
The PSF paper also contains a section describing the impact of the revised PSFs on DEMs of various solar features. And DEM issues that arise close to the noise level of AIA. If you work with AIA DEMs, you might be interested in these.
