We are pleased to announce that the Level 1.2 data from the Solar Disk Imager (SDI) and the White-light Solar Telescope (WST) of the Lyman-alpha Solar Telescope (LST) payload onboard the Advanced Space-based Solar Observatory (ASO-S) are released recently, which are generated from level 1.0 data with image quality significantly improved. Please visit the ASO-S data archive page to browse and download the data and read the LST Data Release Notes for details.
We developed the SDI point-spread function (PSF) and Image Bivariate Optimization Algorithm (SPIBOA) to improve the quality of SDI images, which smartly combines deep learning with optical system modeling. Similar algorithm was applied to WST images. Please refer to the paper for detailed algorithm and precautions when using it.
AGIP: the ASO-S Guest Investigator Program is initiated to promote international collaboration while using ASO-S data to conduct researches together with other ground-based and space-borne instruments. We encourage foreign scientists, researchers and postdocs to apply for the AGIP support.
