The first few highlights are now online at https://ovsa.njit.edu/wiki/index.php/OVSA_Science_Highlights, with new ones being added on a regular basis. We welcome all submissions. If your work utilizes OVSA data and would like your results to be featured as a future highlight, please contact Bin Chen (bin.chen [at] njit.edu).
Here are the first highlights:
* #1: Microwave Precursor of a Major Solar Eruption (by Yuankun Kou) — evidence of moderate reconnection and plasma heating during the pre-eruption phase.
* #2: Two Phases of Impulsive SEP Acceleration (by Meiqi Wang) — distinct SEP acceleration periods during an X-class flare.
* #3: The First EOVSA “Cold” Solar Flare (by Gregory Fleishman) — demonstrating nonthermal electrons dominate the flare’s weak thermal response.
* #4: When the Sun Meets the Crab (by Peijin Zhang) — probing the turbulent solar corona using the Crab Nebula.
