We are pleased to announce that registration for the IAU Symposium 400 has been extended until July 1, 2025. The symposium, Solar and Stellar Multi-Scale Activity, will take place in Medellín, Colombia, from 21 to 25 July 2025.
IAUS400 will address critical gaps in our understanding of solar and stellar physics, focusing on the interplay between small- and large-scale activity, recent breakthroughs in observation and modeling, and the strengthening of connections between traditionally separate research communities. The scientific program will include themes such as energy release processes, magnetic variability, helio-asteroseismology, machine learning applications, and observatory innovations.
