Key dates for Cycle 4:
* Release of Cycle 4 Proposal Call and Proposal Tool: April 29, 2025, 07:00 GMT.
* Opening of submission window: April 29, 2025, 07:00 GMT.
* Closing of submission window (Proposal submission deadline): May 29, 2025, 23:00 GMT
* Anticipated Execution Window (observing): March 2026 – November 2026.
