Are you proud of your PhD thesis, or do you know someone whose thesis deserves special recognition? The IAU PhD Prize recognises outstanding scientific achievement in the context of a PhD thesis.
The International Astronomical Union (IAU) Division E (Sun and Heliosphere) has, once a year, the opportunity to award a PhD prize to the candidate it feels has carried out the most remarkable work in the Division’s subject area during the previous year.
